David S. Hollingsworth

David S. Hollingsworth has practiced with the firm since 1983 following the conclusion of his Master of Laws in Taxation from Southern Methodist University after receiving his law degree from Mercer University in 1982. Since commencing his practice in 1983, Mr. Hollingsworth has focused his practice on helping his clients with all aspects relating to commercial real estate and business law including business transactions. His practice includes both borrower and lender representation. The commercial transactions have ranged in complexity from asset purchase agreements, real estate acquisitions, tax credit financing and bond financing. With regards to acquisitions, he negotiates buy sell agreements, advises on entity formation, etc. Mr. Hollingsworth also helps clients with their Estate Planning needs as well as probate administration.

Mr. Hollingsworth has been an active participant in both the Macon Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia serving on the State Bar of Georgia’s Board of Governors from 2005-2010. He has served on many charitable boards. He has been a member of the Downtown Rotary Club since 1994 and has served as president and has been on its board from 2009 to the present. Recently he has joined the Board of Advisors for the Museum of Aviation.
